Producing/ Arranging
With mentorship by David Nicholad (Rhinoceros Music) and Andrew Worboys (Musical director), Cypress has learnt skills from some of Australias leading producers and music shapers. Orchestrating and preparing sheet music for musicals such as Young Frankenstein & Dubbo Championship Wrestling (The Hayes Theatre Co.), The Lovers (Bell Shakespeare), Joe Accaria and Marcia Hines.
Teaching
Anyone and everyone can learn music.
Cypress has over 10 years of professional teaching expereince as well as obtaining a Masters of Teaching from the University of Newcastle (2021) and a Batchelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music (2018).
Each lesson is tailored to the individual’s learning ability, pace and style. With a practical approach to teaching, I give my students the tools to learn some of their favourite songs whilst also helping them to explore different styles of music.
